Baby Shower Food

I will be giving you some tips, which will help you provide with the best baby shower food to serve, to your special guests. Food is an important part of the party; it will set the tone for mingling and show the guest of honor you care. When organizing a baby shower for a loved one, keep it simple and fun. Take time to consult the mother-to-be and ask her, whom she wishes to invite, what gifts she still desires, what games to play and the type of food she enjoys.

Main Entree Finger Food and Snacks

When you server finger food at the beginning of the party, it will encourage your guests to mingle and get to know one another. Listed below are finger foods that I recommend.

1. Vegetable tray served with a dip dressing. Some ideas to get you started. Carrots, Broccoli, Snap peas,
cherry tomatoes, Cucumbers, and Celery. Serve with Ranch dressing dip.

2. Serve flour tortilla roll-ups. On the flour tortilla, spread cream cheese and chive mixture, adding a meat of
choice with lettuce and tomatoes. Then roll up flour tortilla as tight as possible, then cut and serve.

3. Celery sticks filled with peanut butter or cream cheese.

4. Cubed meat cold cuts and cubed cheese, served with toothpicks for easy munching.

5. Pre-made sandwiches cut in bite size servings.

6. Pigs in a blanket, Little Smokies rolled up in dough and cooked until golden brown.

7. Pizza bites, you can find these in the frozen section they are miniature pizza rolls made to eat with your
hands. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Even if you serve the traditional cake with your baby shower food, it is good practice to serve, other dessert options. I will list some ideas below.

1. Brownies, use cookie cutter then sprinkled powdered sugar inside of cookie cutter while on the brownie, to
make fun designs in your party theme.
